Irish hit by All Black brilliance

It’s impossible. Well impossible for northern hemisphere nations that is. What is you ask? Beating the All Blacks, that’s what. Yes, once again they steamrolled their way to a comprehensive victory this weekend, this time dispatching the Irish without much fuss.New Zealand have proved over the last few weeks that it is going to take something special to stop them and although England showed they had some vulnerabilities during the All Blacks’ win at Twickenham two weeks ago, teams are going to have to do so much to get any return on those vulnerabilities. The All Blacks were devastating once more at Lansdowne Road and they highlighted just what a mighty task those nations hoping to dethrone them as the world’s best face.Ireland are no mugs. In fact, I think they are a fantastic side and despite a recent run of bad form they have the quality and ability to beat anyone on their day and it is this that makes the performance by New Zealand that little bit more special.I have praised the All Blacks so much over the last few months and I still don’t feel like I have given them the credit they deserve. They have everything. They are blessed with pace, power, ability, physicality, confidence and a belief that they are destined for something special. And it's hard to see how anyone, other than perhaps the Australians, can beat them, especially in their own back yard.As for the Irish, well they are going to have to find some form and find it fast otherwise the Six Nations and the World Cup could be a total write off for them next year. All I know is that the Irish are capable of putting a run together and going toe-to-toe with the best out there and I hope they do so sooner rather than later.
